The iButton is a unique electronic ‘key’ in a coin sized metal can. As each iButton has a unique serial number they can be used as intelligent keys in lock and alarm systems. This lock kit includes a high quality probe, an iButton and keyfob, the PCB and all components including the PICAXE-08M2 chip.
